Health Focus (Hälsospåret)
Within Health Focus (Hälsospåret), we offer a range of health-promoting activities such as theme days, courses, and group sessions. These activities help increase knowledge about different aspects of health and well-being.
Through Hälsospåret, you’ll gain inspiration and practical tools to support healthier lifestyle habits. Many of the activities include movement or physical activity, with the aim of strengthening physical health in an accessible and enjoyable way.
Examples of previous activities include:
- Women’s Well-being Day
- Senior’s Day
- Theme day for families living with HIV
- Yoga classes
- Sleep school
- Bowling, karaoke, and boules
