Theme Thursday
Once a month, on a Thursday, we invite you to an evening centered around a specific theme. We begin at 6:00 p.m. and share a meal together. During the evening, we explore the theme in group discussions. On some occasions, we welcome guest speakers; at other times, we do a social activity together. Everything we do is aimed at strengthening both knowledge and community for those of us living with HIV.
Examples of previous themes include loneliness, stress, stigma, and health.
Theme Thursday is facilitated by our trained peer discussion leaders, who have extensive experience in leading groups for people living with HIV. Sessions are held in both English and Swedish, and all meetings are free of charge.
