Peer support
Peer support is a structured form of support where people with shared experiences meet to promote well-being and social inclusion. In our work, peer support is offered to people living with HIV, with a particular focus on reducing stigma, improving quality of life, and strengthening individual empowerment.
Research shows that peer support can have positive effects on mental health, self-esteem, and the sense of connection and belonging. Our peer supporters receive dedicated training and ongoing supervision to support others in a safe and professional way.
