Questions and answers

When do we collect your personal data?

We only save relevant data for a specific purpose. This means that, for example, we save information when you donate a gift, sign up for a newsletter or a training course. We save certain information, for example, statistics when you visit our digital channels such as noaksark.org and social media.

What personal data do we collect?

We only collect the data that is relevant for the purpose. For example, it is only your name and email address if you sign up for a newsletter. For training courses, we also save the address, phone number, and if you have any allergies. If you donate money to us (and do not want to be anonymous), we save your name, address, date of birth, e-mail, phone number, and information about the gift. We do this because we would like to be able to thank you for the gifts and keep you updated on how we work. If you want to give money every month, we save only the information that the bank requires in order to carry out the draw. We only receive this information when you have given your consent.

When you visit our digital channels, for example noaksark.org and social media, we collect communication data, type of device, operating system, region, language setting, and browser used. In addition, we collect the time and duration of the visit as well as the interaction that was made, so that we can develop our work to best meet the needs that exist.

How long are your data saved?

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary. Your personal data is only saved as long as it is relevant for the respective purpose, or as long as you want it. You can choose to be removed from our register at any time.
