Mentor Bank, ages 18-30

The Mentor Bank is a collaboration between Noaks Ark Stockholm, Posithiva Gruppen, and Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge. The aim is to strengthen young adults (approximately 18–30 years) living with HIV through peer support from a mentor with similar life experiences.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity to meet with a mentor for conversation, support, and the exchange of experiences—on your own terms. The mentorship is based on voluntariness, mutual respect, and equality, and can involve anything from talking about everyday life and relationships to building self-esteem and finding strategies for living with HIV.

Mentors receive training, supervision, and ongoing support throughout their assignment. Meetings take place one-to-one and are tailored to your individual needs.
