60+
For those aged 60 and over. We meet once a month for group conversations based on topics suggested by the participants. Each meeting includes a mix of social activities and health-promoting elements. It’s a welcoming space to meet others aged 60+ and talk about important topics together.
Examples of previous activities include trying Qigong, talking about aging with HIV, playing mini golf, working with tools related to social networks, and practicing mindfulness.
The 60+ group is led by our trained peer discussion leaders, who have extensive experience in leading groups for people living with HIV. Meetings are held in both English and Swedish, and all sessions are free of charge.
