Join us for a fun and challenging activity where you can test your limits at your own pace.

Climbing strengthens the body, improves balance, increases body awareness, and provides a wonderful sense of accomplishment when you take on new challenges.

No prior knowledge is required; our instructor will assist and support us during the activity.

Who it’s for: People living with HIV in the Stockholm region.
