Klättring stärker kroppen, förbättrar balansen, ökar din kroppsmedvetenhet samt ger en härlig känsla av att lyckas när du tar dig an nya utmaningar.

Inga förkunskaper krävs, vår instruktör hjälper och stöttar oss under aktivteten.

Noaks Ark Direct – Reliable Answers About HIV

You can contact our counselling service anonymously and ask any questions you may have about HIV or other sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections. Your call will not appear on your phone bill.

Our counsellors have over 30 years of experience working with HIV. We are here for you on weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM via phone and chat.
General questions about HIV can also be sent to direkt@noaksark.org.
During the summer weeks 26 - 30 we are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am-12pm
