Free Sexology Counseling

Noaks Ark Mosaik now offers free sexological counselling in connection with our drop‑in testing. The counselling is provided by Anna Malm Christensen from Hiv‑Sverige, a master’s student in sexology and an experienced public health practitioner with over 20 years of work in sexual health and HIV prevention.

About the counselling

Sexological counselling is offered alongside the drop‑in testing and is entirely based on your needs. The conversations take place in a safe, non‑judgmental environment and give you the opportunity to talk about sexual health, relationships, identity, boundaries, communication and other topics related to sexuality and wellbeing.

The counselling focuses on support, knowledge, reflection and guidance — not treatment or therapy. The sessions are free of charge, voluntary and without any obligation for record‑keeping.

Examples of topics we can discuss

• Difficulties with intimacy or being close to others
• Too much or too little desire
• Questions about sexuality or sexual identity
• Sexual problems in relationships
• Pain during penetration or enveloping sex
• Orgasm, erection or performance‑related concerns
• Premature ejaculation
• Worries or challenges related to pornography use
• Arousal patterns that feel problematic
• Drug use in connection with sex
• Concern for yourself or a friend
• Questions related to sexual services
• Support in finding the right service or organisation
