Noaks Ark Mosaik lanserar nytt transnationellt projekt: United for Health & Life
Noaks Ark Mosaik har glädjen att meddela att vårt projekt ”United for Health & Life” har beviljats finansiering genom Svenska institutets program Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Seed Programme. Detta viktiga samarbete för samman partners från Sverige, Ukraina, Tyskland och Polen för att stärka folkhälsan och hiv-responsen över gränserna – med fokus på migranter, personer i särskild sårbarhet och utsatta grupper.
Initiativet föddes ur samtal vid AIDS 2024-konferensen i München, där partners insåg det akuta behovet av att samarbeta för att möta hälsoutmaningar kopplade till flykt, krig och social utsatthet – särskilt i och omkring Ukraina.
Projektet ska:
- Utveckla en hållbar modell för hiv-vård i gränsöverskridande kontext
- Förbättra tidig testning och behandling
- Främja inkluderande, stigmafri vård
- Dela kunskap & erfarenheter mellan organisationer

Noaks Ark Mosaik launches new transnational project: United for Health & Life
Noaks Ark Mosaik is pleased to announce that our project “United for Health & Life” has been approved for funding under the Swedish Institute’s Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Seed Programme. This important collaboration brings together partners from Sweden, Ukraine, Germany, and Poland to strengthen public health and HIV response across borders.
Building stronger cooperation in challenging times
The United for Health & Life project aims to deepen cooperation between organisations working at the intersection of HIV prevention, migration, and community health. The initiative was born out of discussions at the AIDS 2024 Conference in Munich, where partners recognised the urgent need to work together to address health challenges linked to displacement, war, and social vulnerability particularly in and around Ukraine.
Through this project, we will jointly develop a cross-border model for sustainable HIV service delivery, focusing on improving early testing and treatment, sharing best practices, and creating inclusive, stigma-free care for all people affected by HIV.
Our role and commitment
As the lead organisation, Noaks Ark Mosaik will coordinate project implementation and ensure that learning and expertise are shared effectively among all partners. Our work will build on our long-standing commitment to person-centred care, peer engagement, and inclusive public health practice principles that guide every aspect of our mission.
This collaboration will include:
- Comprehensive needs assessments on access to HIV and healthcare services for migrants and displaced people.
- Knowledge exchange and study visits to strengthen the capacity of participating organisations.
- Development of a policy brief and collaborative framework for long-term regional cooperation in health response.
A shared vision for a healthier, more connected region
At Noaks Ark Mosaik, we believe that every person has the right to dignity, health, and inclusion regardless of background or status. This project reflects that core belief. By working across borders and learning from each other, we can build a stronger, more resilient public health system that leaves no one behind.
We look forward to working closely with our partners 100% Life Ukraine, HelpNowHub Poland, and 100% Life Germany as we take this first step towards a lasting and impactful collaboration.
The project runs from September 2025 to June 2026, laying the foundation for future EU-level cooperation in HIV and public health response.
