We are proud to announce that Noaks Ark Mosaik has been selected as a key collaborator in the global Positive Perspectives Study, Wave 3 , in partnership with GlaxoSmithKline AB. This milestone affirms our strategic leadership and resilience in advancing person-centred HIV care for diverse communities in Sweden.
As HIV treatment continues to extend life expectancy, new challenges arise especially for women, older adults, and marginalized groups. Through this groundbreaking study, it will explore the realities of ageing with HIV, the impact of polypharmacy, stigma, reproductive health, and the unique needs of women and transgender individuals. By engaging both people living with HIV and frontline staff, the work is committed to generating evidence that will drive tailored interventions and inform policy at every level.
Our role is pivotal: ensuring inclusion, digital access, and a strong community voice, so that no one is left behind. The insights from this study will help shape a more holistic, equitable, and compassionate HIV response both locally and globally.

Positive Perspectives Study, Wave 3 – Noaks Ark Mosaik leder svensk del av global hiv-studie
Vi på Noaks Ark Mosaik är stolta över att leda den svenska delen av den globala studien Positive Perspectives Study, Wave 3, Wave 3 . This milestone affirms our strategic leadership and resilience in advancing person-centred HIV care for diverse communities in Sweden.i samarbete med GlaxoSmithKline AB (GSK) GlaxoSmithKline AB.
Studien är en omfattande enkätundersökning som syftar till att identifiera och bättre förstå ouppfyllda behov hos personer som lever med hiv. Ett särskilt fokus ligger på kvinnor och äldre personer, med hänsyn till deras unika erfarenheter och utmaningar – som stigma, reproduktiv hälsa, polyfarmaci och åldrande med hiv.
Projektet består av två delar:
- Del A: En kvantitativ enkät bland vuxna som lever med hiv i 29 länder, inklusive Sverige.
- Del B: En kombinerad metodstudie bland medarbetare inom hiv-organisationer i samma länder.
Vårt uppdrag i Sverige är att säkerställa inkludering, digital tillgänglighet och ett starkt community-perspektiv. Resultaten från studien kommer att bidra till ny kunskap som stärker personcentrerad hiv-vård – både nationellt och globalt.
