Are you living with HIV and interested in joining a group? Then we may have something for you. We offer group activities for different target groups with their own unique needs\u2014for example families, women, young people, older adults, and LGBTQI migrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to create meaningful meetings where participants can receive support, take part in shaping the sessions, and feel included in a warm and welcoming community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The groups are usually led by people with lived experience of HIV\u2014either as relatives or as individuals living with HIV themselves\u2014or together with a main facilitator who has a professional background such as psychologist, social worker, or sexologist. All groups are based on evidence-informed methods and current research, and all facilitators are trained in group leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some groups are closed, meaning you meet with the same people each time. Others are more open, with different participants from session to session. What all groups have in common is the exchange of experiences with others, combined with the opportunity to explore a topic or activity together.<\/p>\n\n\n
