We meet once a month for group conversations based on topics suggested by the participants. Each meeting includes a mix of social activities and health-promoting elements. It\u2019s a welcoming space to meet others aged 60+ and talk about important topics together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples of previous activities include trying Qigong, talking about aging with HIV, playing mini golf, working with tools related to social networks, and practicing&nbsp;mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 60+ group is led by our trained peer discussion leaders, who have extensive experience in leading groups for people living with HIV.
