HIV stigma in the gay movement

Undetectable is the new negative: HIV stigma in the gay movement

The project Undetectable is the new negative: HIV stigma in the gay movement consists of several parts. The first part of the project is a study with a questionnaire and interviews that aims to explore attitudes toward HIV among Swedish men who have sex with men. Over 3,000 people answered the survey in the spring and summer of 2020, and the results of the study will be published as one or more scientific articles. The second part of the project is a campaign with the goal of changing attitudes and breaking the stigma around HIV.

The project is owned by Posithiva Gruppen with Noaks Ark Stockholm and Karolinska Institutet as partners.
