A well-being and relationship weekend
We annually have a conversation and education weekend for those living with HIV, where an important part is the opportunity to meet others in the same situation and exchange experiences.
Among other things, we listen to lectures on health, well-being and relationships, we try yoga and mindfulness and try to find new energy in a calm atmosphere together with others. The weekend is aimed at residents of Stockholm County who are living with HIV and are over 18 years old.
