NOAKS ARK SMÅLAND & HALLAND

We work to increase the well-being and quality of life of people living with HIV and preventing the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). By raising awareness and knowledge about HIV, STIs and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), we can alleviate the vulnerability of people living with HIV in society and counteract exclusion, stigma and discrimination.

Three main tasks:

  • Psychosocial support for people living with HIV and their close ones
  • Prevention with information and education on HIV, STI, SRHR issues and social aspects
  • Rapid response HIV test and distribution of self-sampling kit for chlamydia and gonorrhea

Noaks Ark Småland & Hallands activity area is Kronoberg county, Halland county, Jönköpings county and Kalmar county.
