Help us make a difference!

Get involved and contribute to a society where knowledge precedes fear.

We know that we alone cannot create a utopian society where everyone has understanding and knowledge of each other. That’s why we depend on our amazing volunteers to help us make a difference!

As a volunteer with us at Noaks Ark, you get involved voluntarily and we offer different ways you can help depending on your interests and desire.

You can choose to help on various exciting and interesting projects and assignments within;

  • Our knowledge-raising activities with outward-facing efforts such as lectures and workshops at schools, stands at fairs and conferences as well as festivals such as Pride.
  • Our support activities and help with our health-promoting and psychosocial activities such as testing activities, Body and Soul Weekends, or café activities for people living with HIV.
  • Our opinion-forming activities where we monitor and drive our sexual policy issues through debate articles, blog posts, and environmental coverage.

Everyone who becomes a volunteer with us at Noaks Ark Göteborg & Västra Götaland can attend basic training that gives increased knowledge and competence.

Being a volunteer also has other benefits such as new social contacts, being part of a community, credentials, and also an expanded professional network. We believe and hope that our volunteers feel that their time and commitment lead to something good.
